Palace of Israel Poznański, ul. Ogrodowa 15 in Łódź. A neo-baroque factory palace from the 19th century, called the Łódź Louvre. In 1877, Izrael Poznański bought a corner tenement house with a modest facade, and in its place built the largest factory mansion in Poland, with a beautiful dining room and garden. Construction was completed in 1903, after the death of the owner. Now there is for example the Museum of the History of the City of Łódź.
