Monument of Bolesław Chrobry. The monument dedicated to the first crowned king of Poland – Bolesław Chrobry, son of Mieszko I. It is located in Gniezno, at Jan Łaski Street. It stands in the immediate vicinity of the Primate’s Basilica, on the Hill of Lech. The original monument was destroyed in 1939, the present one was unveiled in 1985.
